Justin is passionate about making things work better. As a kid, he would take things apart to understand how all the pieces fit together and devise ways to make things work more efficiently. As a management consultant, he deconstructed business organizations in banking, manufacturing, and healthcare to streamline communication and workflow across teams. As our operations guru, Justin builds or advises growing companies on how to scale through efficient utilization of resources.

Jim is dedicated to building world class teams that excel in operations and can deliver at global scale. As an engineer, he operated and streamlined multiple manufacturing plants. As a product manager, he created new digital innovations. And as a general manager, Jim led a global operating company delivering products and services worldwide. Jim looks to leverage his executive experience to advise companies on how to scale up their teams, operations and profitability.
